What is established
निङ्लेखु is attested as a Limbu thar on two independent lists and printed in a national newspaper. The first element of the name has a solid dictionary basis. That is the whole of it, and it is said with sources.
What is remembered
Mundhum recitation, the knowledge of phedangma and samba, the songs of Ya:lang. Tradition is published as tradition here — authoritative about what is held to be true, and marked as such.
What is being collected
A shared family-line register, recorded interviews, and photographs of the papers in your house. Most of what is missing from this site is not in an archive — it is in a memory or a tin trunk.
